There are many great animals around the world. Across the entire globe are wonderful works of creatures, some we are familiar with others we may not but it's undeniable that animals are wonderful works created by nature. An important reality dawn on animal lovers is that more and more life species are discovered almost regularly, and there's more to see. While there's more to see when it comes to animals, anyone would be fascinated by very spooky creatures. Yes, spooky creatures. There are many adorable creatures, but the spooky and bizarre ones can be very fascinating, here's a list of the top ten bizarre animals that exists on earth, they include:
1. Chinese Water Deer 
The Chinese Water Deer looks bizarre but is a simple creature. It is a deer with distinctive tusks which it utilizes in protecting itself from attacks. This bizarre-looking creature is located in China, North Korea, United Kingdom, Argentina, France and the United States and has an average lifespan of 10 years. It is a small animal that resembles a musk deer and are often seen around regions close to rivers. The trees where they inhabit help them remain secure by shielding them from being easily sighted. Though they may be referred as water deer they also inhabit mountains and grasslands. They can swim for some miles. The water deer's prominent set of teeth grows for several centimeters. It reaches 8cm compared with its remaining set of teeth that grows to a height less than a centimeter. 2.Saiga 
The Saiga looks like an antelope. This bizarre looking animal looks like one of those extinct species of animals that got extinct thousands of years ago. Yes, it is bizarre, but it's not a creature that disappeared off the earth's surface centuries or thousands of years back. It's an animal that can be found in Asia. It's long protruding nose helps it sifting dust for food. Though it is not extinct, it is an endangered animal. The height of the saiga ( its adult stage ) ranges between 62 - 82 centimeters to its shoulder and it weighs between 28 - 70 kilograms. In summer the saiga uses its nose to separate food from dust, in the winter it uses it to heat up very chill air as it sucks it into its lungs. 3. Dumbo Octopus 
The Dumbo Octopus is an odd-looking creature that looks like a creature painted by an artist. It is not a work of an illustrator but a work of a creature located deep in the ocean. It is found deep in the ocean aft a depth between 350 - 6500meters below sea level. It has a very short life span and lives for just a few years – less than 6 years to be exact. While this octopus is just a few centimeters in length about 30centimeters, it survives by preying on worms and other tiny microscopic organisms that it pounces on and swallows it. It is in the Pacific Ocean in waters around New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines and Australia. 4. Bergamasco Shepherd 
The Bergamasco Shepherd is a strange looking dog. Looking at it will fascinate any observer because while it looks like a scary work of art, this animal exists. It is breed whose origin traces to the Italian Alps. While this creature may look very awkward, it is very far from it. In fact, like another breed of dogs, it is swift and can run very fast. Its dread-like hair locks make it look bizarre, but it is a great creature like any other. Regardless of how one may feel the locked hair over its body may make the animal feel uncomfortable, it doesn't shed too much of it in its lifetime. It has an average lifespan of about ten years. 5. Blue Dragon 
The blue dragon looks like a fairy-tale dragon but the only difference is that, it is tiny and not big like the ones in movies. It looks bizarre and is often called a beast because of its sting that can be very painful. The blue dragon is actually a sea slug that lives very deep in the ocean. They live at depths between 3.7- 10.5 kilometers. Because it has immunity to poisonous nematocysts, it feeds on them and even stores their venom within itself which it uses for its own personal use. The blue dragon can be found in waters around Peru, India, Bermuda, South Africa, and Mozambique. They are also found in waters along the waters in Europe and Australia. 6. Bearded Vulture 
The bearded vulture is not the work of a graphics artist. It's a real-life bizarre-looking creature does not only look bizarre it has a spooky character, but it also feeds on bone and trust a vulture, they are one of the most absurd creatures known to man and are capable of feeding on absurdities. It is found in mountains in few countries in Europe. It can also be found in mountains in Africa, India and Tibet. This animal has a preference for staying in areas that are desolate because predators make plenty of bones available that they can feed on. They have a tendency of growing till about 18 centimeters in length and weigh between 6-8kilograms. They grow up to 3.5feet tall and can live for over 40 years. Although it's long lifespan it is an endangered creature. 7. Long-Necked Turtle 
The Long-Necked Turtle is an amazing work of nature but is bizarre-looking species of turtles whose necks can extend several centimeters from its body. Because of its very long neck, it is occasionally called the snake-necked turtle. The Long-Necked Turtle can be found in Australian waters. This long necked turtle inhabits different water bodies. The males grow longer than its female species although its productivity is assumed to be based on its environment. On the average the males grow fast and reaches about 22centimeters while the females may reaches about 20centimeters averagely. When it feels insecure, it releases a very choking fluids form its musk glands. It is a carnivore and feeds on different kind of animals like frogs, tadpoles, insects and microscopic organisms. 8. Blobfish 
The Blobfish is another bizarre-looking creature. It is found in deep waters around Tasmanian, New Zealand, and Australian waters. They are short in length, actually less than 28centimeters but lives deep within the water, between 650 and 1250meters. Because The blob fish lives at great depth where the pressure of the ocean is very high it is assumed to survive by using its gall bladder to sustain its buoyancy. It has a very thin flesh lighter in mass compared to the water around its body and manages to stay afloat because of its thin flesh. Due to over-fishing and sophisticated fishing methods, it is now listed as an endangered animal. It looks so weird it won the award for the world's ugliest animal initiated and organized by a foundation that dedicates itself to preserving ugly animals. 9. Frilled shark 
The Frilled shark can be found at a depth below 1000 meters but are more prevalent around 700 - 1250meters. It is found both the Pacific and the Atlantic Ocean. The frilled shark looks like a mythical creature and looks bizarre, it has over 290 teeth and has a very odd look. Despite the fact that it can be found scattered in two different oceans, it is rarely seen alive and therefore the threat it could cause human remains unknown. At nights it swims to the surface of the water from the deep depth it normally resides to look for food but after then it returns deep into the ocean. It reaches a length of 2.1 meters and has an ell-like body. 10. Aye - aye 
The aye-aye looks totally bizarre. This strange looking creature is a nocturnal animal that can be found in Madagascar. It is one amongst the numerous species of the lemur. It has a strange habit of tapping tree trunk with sticks when looking for what to eat. It hits and taps and continues this process until it spots a larva. When it does it inserts a stick and one of its fingers into the area it observes the larva and draws it out. Weird, it looks bizarre and acts weird, besides it only one animal in the entire world is known to look for food in this similar manner – the striped possum. Though the aye-aye is a creature that is more comfortable at nights since it is a nocturnal animal, unfortunately, it is an endangered animal. Whether animals look adorable or weird, they are beautiful works of creation.
